Honoring Our Heroes Events
Each year, we honor those who gave the selfless gifts of sight and health with a luncheon or an evening social event. We typically host 3 per year throughout South and North Dakota. These events serve to honor the selfless gifts from hundreds of eye, tissue, and organ donors and their families. The events also celebrate with transplant recipients and allow the recipients to meet donor families. We often have a recipient meet the family of the donor whose tissue has been received.
